Mark
started in the emergency medical services in the end
of 1994 and qualified as an Advance Life Support Paramedic
at the end of 1998. Although he has worked in many countries
his heart is passionate for South Africa where he was
born and bred. He resides in Johannesburg and uses every
available opportunity to educate the public, especially
the youth regarding child health and safety and more
specifically road and traffic safety. His “Baby
Doe” presentation that demonstrates the dangers
of not strapping children in car seats has become legendary.
